to the Chicago Comedy Guide. Chicago is a great town with a rich tradition in comedy. The 'near north' area includes some of the most recognized areas and buildings of the city of broad shoulders. It includes the Wrigley Building, the Water Tower and Streeterville.
Streeterville was created when the remnants and debris from the great Chicago Fire were pushed into Lake Michigan forming a new area that has since been built up.
While historic, the area also has several major hotels that serve for corporate events and private shows. These include the Drake, the Four Seasons, and many many more.
The people are fun-loving and vibrant. Not only do you have locations within Chicago itself, but in the surrounding areas as well with their own rich history of comedy.
